Underpinned by the brand positioning ‘Welcome Home’, this campaign sought to attract first & 2nd home buyers to the newly established Berwick Springs residential development ~ and tapped in to peoples’ inner desire to escape the ‘rat-race’ and get back to enjoying ‘the things in life that really matter’ ~ spending quality time with family.

Shown here are just some of the many campaign elements which created strong buyer interest; resulted in rapid property sales; and succeeded in picking up a coveted industry award for ‘Best Residential Development’.
